Our Performer Standards
At Pinch of Pixie Dust, the magic goes beyond beautiful costumes and beloved characters. Our performers are carefully selected for their ability to create engaging, age appropriate experiences while making child safety, comfort, and genuine connection a priority.
Performers are background vetted and CPR & First Aid certified, making us stand out from the rest, with our character experiences shaped by real childcare & child development knowledge. Most importantly, we look for performers who truly love working with children and understand the trust families place in the people they welcome into their celebrations.
The result is a character experience that feels magical for children, & parents can feel confident about, too.
The Perfect Fit
Every celebration is unique! That’s why we offer personalized guidance to help you choose the perfect party package for your child and celebration. With knowledge of child development and experience working with children of different ages, we understand that the activities, visit length, and level of engagement that a three-year-old would be captivated by, may look VERY different from what keeps an older child entertained.
We’ll consider your child’s age, interests, number of guests, and vision for their special day to help recommend a visit length, activities, and add-ons that best fit your celebration. Our goal is to create an experience that feels exciting, age appropriate, and truly magical without leaving you to figure out all of the details.

I’m a Connecticut based theater performer & childcare professional with over three years of experience bringing magic to celebrations as a party princess! Character entertainment brings together my two my greatest passions of performing & caring for and bringing joy to children.
Through my experience in both childcare & character entertainment, I began to notice that the safety standards families expect from professional childcare weren’t always emphasized in the world of party entertainment. I saw an opportunity to bring those two worlds together by creating a company where magical, high quality character experiences go hand-in-hand with background vetted performers, child safety, and knowledge of child development.
I dreamed of creating a company where families feel just as confident in the person behind the character as they are excited to see the character at their door. That dream became Pinch of Pixie Dust, and I’m so excited to share a little magic with your family!
